MA-Q

In collaboration with Toyota and sporting goods company Mizuno, Tongullman developed the partner app for MA-Q: a “smart baseball” with internal sensors, gyroscope, and accelerometer. Despite being identical in weight, size, and feel as a regulation baseball, MA-Q detects critical evaluative data about amateur baseballers’ pitching speed, tilt, and spin. The data is compiled and relayed via a sleek and functional app interface. MA-Q celebrates Japan’s beloved baseball culture alongside its continued excellence in smartphone innovation.
